Many of our students use gymnastics as a general coordination, strength, flexibility enhancer in order to excel in other sports of their choosing. GYMNASTICS at Twistars USA provides the best base of physical development for ALL SPORTS.

Twistars USA produces some of the nation’s top gymnastics athletes. In fact, since 2000 Twistars USA produced more national qualifiers, national team members and national champions than any other club in the nation. With this being said however, RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS is the backbone of our business and the focus of our attention. 90% of our rapidly growing enrollment (1200+ students) are involved in our FUN WITH PHYSICAL ACTIVITY recreational programs. Our staff treats each child individually with regards to their individual goals, aspirations and personal needs.
